Hello guys! this update focus in alot of gameplay reviews, adjusts and more! I will try to explain each topic as I list them!

• Increased experience in PVP past-cap gains! (this is the exp gained when you fight other trainers after the usual RPP cap. This lets you still progress up to your Trainer Power (check in Stats command in trainer tab) )
• Time stamp in OOC ( this is added to let people know the servers' clock time and also know if a message was sent too long ago, funny qol)
• Who command now display information on active projects! (This is very important to let people know where are the territories with most project before they can pick the place they want to focus their work in!)
• Extra details of jobs when you deliver the actions in the npc. (This shows more details like multiple projects name in that territory, this also teaches the players how to join projects to be able to organize and report their own player event, I believe projects needs to appear more in the generic gameplay so players be more aware that they can do more!)
• Insult and Extract are now also a Soldier Skill (This is important to fit the new wild life changes, you will understand more in the next topics)
• Health Bonuses gained on workout is now on main chat
• Wild Route crowd limits. (Now a limited amount of pokemon can live confortably in each route)
• Wild Turf War added (When the crowd limit is reached, the pokemon will start turf wars, based on the pokemon's habitat matches. This will happen untill the crowd goes under the confort line. This introduced back the need for wild control and humane intervention, wich brings back the legal-or not doubts in mass Extractions, this makes Extracting not a crime exclusive where hunters/soldiers can now be hired to do the dirty job)
• Boss Wild Pokemon Added (Huge bulked version of a wild pokemon lead the pack, they are extremely dangerous! and have their power adjusted to the server average! (So they will always be a threat!) Those pokemon have great movesset so they are very worth capturing!)
• Wild Controled Pokemon can't evolve anymore (This was extremelly abused, and this change now allow the game to allow wild control and wild pokemon to have higher levels then the usual and to pose a challange/threat on WC events! PS: Evolved pokemon can still be wild controled, its just that you cant use the bonus level from this to evolve.)
• Wild Controled Pokemon can now leave from any route with groups of pokemon of the same species, and from the route they entered. (This change makes sense cuz before was based off trainers walking in grass, we dont walk in grass anymore)
• Wild Pokemon power are related to the rangers RPP, tier and scores. (And in general got buffed, to be able to pose up a challange)
• Rangers can reward RPP 3 people each day (Double click, Others, Reward. This is similar to any ranked player, Rangers naturally are RP pushers so they should be able to reward too!)
• Reduced Potion default Price to 200 (This is to make base street battles possible again and not always require a nurse)
• Fanatic Reviewed, now any base perk can learn Fanatic (It makes more sense to be a general line power perk ex:  Scientists should be able to go Magnemite fanatic etc)
• Reduced Yanma spawn rate (Due to playerbase request)
• Changes in Salary (Now limited and based from the Minimal Wage. A normal Worker can be given a salary raise up to 2xMinimal Wage. A Group Member can be given a salary raise up to 3x Minimal Wage, and a group head/economic head can be given a 4x Minimal wage. 
  These changes were made to prevent abuses on the limitless salary raises, making IG economy movements decent and logical again)
• Changed default starting Minimal Wage to 2x
• Added Applin Evolution Lines (Appletun and Flapple)
• Added Goomy Evolution line
• Added Impidimp Evolution line
• Added Duraludon Evolution
• Added Gimmighoul Evolution line
• Added Shiny Seviper
• Added Shiny Beldum line
